Effective date: 20 April 2026
By accessing or using DanSec Reports ("the Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
DanSec Reports is a browser-based security report authoring tool. Reports are stored locally in your browser's IndexedDB. The only server-side processing is stateless PDF rendering - report data sent for rendering is immediately discarded and never persisted.
You may use the Service for lawful security reporting activities including penetration testing, incident response, threat intelligence, and threat hunting, provided:
Your report content resides entirely in your browser. We do not store, sell, or share your report data. When you export a PDF, the report JSON is transiently processed by our render service and then discarded. See the Privacy Policy for full details.
The Service is provided "as is" without uptime guarantees. The core authoring functionality works offline; PDF export requires internet access to reach our render endpoint. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DanSec and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of report data due to browser storage being cleared.
You retain all rights to the content of your reports. We do not claim ownership over anything you create with the Service.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. We will update the effective date at the top of this page.
Questions about these Terms can be directed to the DanSec team via the contact details on the About page.
